Project Background and Personal Journey

Fit Pulse started with a simple goal: make fitness less overwhelming and more motivating.

Many users struggle with consistency, tracking, and juggling multiple apps. Fit Pulse was designed as an all-in-one solution combining workouts, nutrition, and progress tracking in a clean, simple experience.

The project focuses on building long-term habits through personalization, clarity, and motivation — turning fitness into a sustainable lifestyle rather than a short-term effort.

Users need a unified fitness platform that simplifies workouts, nutrition tracking, and progress monitoring. Most apps are either too complex or too fragmented, forcing users to switch between tools.

Beginners struggle with guidance, while experienced users want deeper insights without clutter. Existing apps lack motivation systems, personalization, and long-term engagement strategies.

Fit Pulse addresses this gap with a single, simple, and motivating fitness ecosystem.

Exploration, Ideation:

IA & Wireframes

Focus was on core features: workouts, nutrition tracking, and progress monitoring. User journeys included daily workouts, calorie tracking, and goal progress. Wireframes evolved into simple, clean flows focused on ease of use and motivation.

Ideation refined Fit Pulse into a minimal, user-friendly fitness experience with clear navigation and personalized dashboards.

Mid-fidelity prototypes improved usability and reduced complexity through feedback iterations.

Usability Testing

Users tested workout flows, nutrition logging, and progress tracking.

Tasks:

  1. Start a workout

  2. Log meals

  3. Check progress

Feedback helped improve clarity, navigation, and engagement.
